কে জানে আমি ছাড়া

সারাদিনের কর্মব্যস্ততা পেরিয়ে এসে
রাতের শূন্য বিছানায়,
শূন্যতা ঘেরা মনের আকাশ জুড়ে,
স্বপ্ন'রা সব ভেসে বেড়ায় সাদা মেঘের মতো,
নিথর দেহ-মনের আঙিনায়।

হৃদয়ের ছটফটানি আর বুকের দহনে,
অনেক রাত ভোর করেছি নির্ঘুম,
ঘুমহীন চোখজোড়ার কোণ বেয়ে,
গড়িয়েছে কতো গাঢ়তর অশ্রুজল;
তবুও কল্পনার সিঁড়ি মাড়িয়ে তোমারি আগমণ,
কে জানে আমি ছাড়া- ঘুমে মগ্ন রাত্রি নিঝুম।

উষ্ণতায় ভরে উঠে চারিপাশ,
বারবার শিহরিত হতে থাকে দেহমন কাঙ্ক্ষিত সুখে;
যুগল বক্ষস্থে ঘন নিঃশ্বাসের শব্দ,
রুদ্ধ মাতাল ঠোট জোড়া তোমার ওই কম্পিত ঠোঁটে,
বন্ধ দুচোখে শিকল বাহুদ্বয়ে তৃপ্ত কতনা রাত।

কে জানে আমি ছাড়া
